The Rose Tent

The Rose Tent is a growing community devoted to supporting girls through creativity, connection, and the sacred threshold of becoming.

Our offerings are designed to meet girls (and those who guide them) in meaningful and accessible ways — through local experiences, online courses, and guide training. Each pathway invites a deeper relationship with the body, the heart, and the natural rhythms of life.

Local Wellness Experiences

These in-person offerings create space for girls to slow down, connect, and be nourished in community.

MoonDays Wellness
A gentle, creative day of art, self-care, and connection. Girls gather to create, explore, and learn about body wisdom, coming of age, and emotional well-being in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Teen Talk Evenings
A warm and welcoming space for teen girls to gather, share, and connect. Evenings include meaningful conversation, creative expression, and hands-on experiences like chocolate making — bringing sweetness and depth to important conversations.

Workshops & Online Courses

These offerings allow girls to engage with Rose Tent teachings from anywhere, while still feeling connected and supported.

Moon Rhythms (Online Course)
An exploration of cyclical living, body awareness, and self-care practices aligned with the rhythms of the moon and the seasons.

Rose Tent Courses (Online)
These beloved offerings, traditionally shared as in-person summer camps, are now available in an online format:

  • Rose Roots

  • Rising Sisters — My Amazing Body

  • Spirit Sisters — Animal Guides

  • Spirit Sisters — Plant Guides

  • Spirit Sisters — Earth Elements & Magical Minerals

  • Moon Sisters — including Vision Quest & Rite of Passage

Each course offers a creative, educational, and heart-centered journey into self-discovery, nature connection, and embodied learning.

Rose Tent Guide Training

The Rose Tent Guide Training is a dedicated pathway for women who feel called to support girls in a deeper way.

This training weaves together curriculum, circle holding, somatic awareness, rites of passage work, and mentorship — preparing guides to confidently lead girls through the important years of growth and transformation.

It is both a personal journey and a professional training, designed to support the emergence of grounded, heart-centered leaders for the next generation.

A living, growing community

The Rose Tent is not just a series of offerings — it is a living, evolving community.

Whether gathering in person, meeting online, or stepping into the role of guide, each offering is a thread in a larger tapestry: one that honors girls, supports their becoming, and nurtures a more connected and conscious future.
