A Training for Women Called to Guide the Next Generation of Girls
Amber Melendy · Rose Tent
There comes a moment when you realize you are not only here to care for girls — you are here to guide them. To sit beside them as they change. To help them understand their bodies, their emotions, their voices. To create spaces where they feel safe, seen, and deeply respected.
The Rose Tent Guide Training was created for women who feel this call.
This is not just a training. It is a remembering. A weaving together of ancient wisdom, embodied practices, and meaningful education — so you can confidently support girls through one of the most important thresholds of their lives.
Why This Work Matters
Girls today are growing up in a world that often pulls them away from themselves.
They are rarely taught how to understand their changing bodies, regulate and honor their emotions, trust their inner voice, or move through puberty with dignity and support. Instead, many are left to navigate these years alone — disconnected or overwhelmed.
Women who are willing to slow down, listen deeply, speak truth with care, and hold spaces where becoming is honored — not rushed.
When a girl is supported through puberty, rites of passage, and coming of age with presence and skill — everything shifts for her.
When we train more women to hold these intentional spaces for girls, we begin to heal the thread between generations.
Who This Is For
You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need to feel the call to show up and learn.

What You Will Leave With
A NOTE FROM AMBER
"This work has been growing in me for many years. Through my experiences as a mother, Waldorf teacher, yogi, bodyworker, and guide, I have witnessed again and again how deeply girls long to be met — with presence, honesty, and care."
The Rose Tent Guide Training brings together the threads of my life's work: education, healing, storytelling, nature, and the sacred responsibility of guiding young girls.
It is my hope to support women like you in stepping into this role — so that together, we can create spaces where girls are supported in becoming who they truly are.
