About Jess & Amber

We are two sisters in a strong community of wise elders, who are passionate about connected existence.   We are so excited to begin this journey with you. This creation has been in the works for many years as we've fine-tuned ourselves through much learning,  self-practice and community engagement. Investing our time and resources to create connected communities is something that we are incredibly passionate about.

For the last 17 years I have been deeply immersed in studying and teaching Mindfulness Based Techniques and movement therapies.  I have dedicated my life to exploring the depths of the body / mind /spirit connection. 

Jess Kovach

Co-Founder

Jess Kovach is feeling like there is no better time or place than here and now to host girls coming of age circles in our community. She is excited grateful share the gifts she has gathered from women’s ceremonies, over 10 years of yoga-meditation practice and many years of working with the Earth through gardening, camping and hiking.
