🌹 Root Down: A Conscious Living Series for Teens over Zoom

Course Overview

Welcome to Root Down: A Conscious Living Series for Teens, a brave and nurturing space for teen girls to explore the deeper layers of themselves and the world around them. This year-long series is guided by Amber Melendy and grounded in the works of Dr. Lawrence Wilson. It offers a unique space for soulful growth, critical thinking, emotional maturity, and spiritual insight.

Each week we meet on Zoom for a 60-minute sacred circle. Amber shares teachings from Dr. Wilson's Teen Articles, weaving in stories, reflection, embodiment practices, sacred geometry form drawings, and journaling prompts. This is a space of realness, reverence, and inner transformation.

  • This series is designed for teens who are ready to explore:

  • How do I live with integrity in a chaotic world?
