Welcome to Rose Roots,
a creative and soulful sisterhood circle where girls are invited to slow down, root into themselves, and grow together.
In this gentle 8-week journey, we’ll co-create a safe space to explore emotional intelligence, inner knowing, creative expression, and self-trust. The sessions blend storytelling, art, movement, discussion, and journaling to help girls connect with their bodies, express their emotions, and honor their natural rhythms.
We create a shared “rose tent” space where each girl is seen and honored for who she is. This is not a typical class—it’s a sacred space to root, rise, and bloom.
We explore how we’re all connected—through nature, through story, and through shared humanity—while learning skills for confidence, communication, and intuition that they can carry into everyday life.
This course is designed for girls ages 11-15. It is especially supportive for those who are highly sensitive, curious, or drawn to nature, storytelling, and creativity.
