Course Overview
Moon Rhythms & Body Wisdom: Advanced Series is a deeply integrative journey for girls stepping into adolescence, puberty, and teenage years. In this 8-week circle, participants explore:
The natural rhythms of the moon and how they influence emotions, energy, focus, and creativity
The inner seasons of girlhood: growth, bloom, release, and rest
The body as a sacred map, combining Western anatomy, Eastern medicine, and Indigenous wisdom to understand emotions, energy flow, and self-care
Rites of passage and sacred self-care rituals, including herbs, crystals, and journaling
This program empowers girls to:
✔ Track personal cycles through artful journaling and moon-phase trackers
✔ Build body awareness, confidence, and intuition
✔ Explore the energetic and emotional systems of the body (heart, brain, bones, breath, fluids)
✔ Create self-care practices that honor both mind and body
✔ Share in a safe sisterhood circle, practicing active listening, reflection, and compassionate communication
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Week 1: Rooting & Moon Awareness
Introduction to the circle, creating a safe container
Overview of the moon, planetary and personal cycles
Guided meditation: Meeting Your Inner Moon Maiden
Tracking and Journaling: How do I feel in different moon phases?
Week 2: Spring – The Maiden & Heart Awareness
Inner season: Spring energy – curiosity, growth, new beginnings
Body focus: The Heart – circulation, love, energy flow
Creative project: Inner Seasons mandala / heart mapping
Breathwork: heart-centered guided meditation
Week 3: Summer – Inner Bloom & Brain Wisdom
Inner season: Summer energy – confidence, friendships, expression
Body focus: The Brain – anatomy, intuition, dreamtime
Art: Visual brain map & moon phase tracker
Movement: playful yoga flow & expressive dance
Week 4: Fall – Letting Go & Bones/Structure
Inner season: Fall energy – boundaries, saying no, emotional release
Body focus: The Bones – structure, earth connection, ancestral energy
Activity: Boundaries Shield art & journaling
Guided visualization: Journey through your skeletal map
Week 5: Winter – Rest & Breath/Inner Qi
Inner season: Winter energy – reflection, intuition, quiet power
Body focus: Breath – lungs, Qi, prayer & grounding
Yoga & breathwork: gentle restorative flow
Journaling: Dreams, intentions, and inner whispers
Week 6: Sacred Self-Care & Herbal Allies
Introduction to herbal allies and comfort rituals
DIY: Tea blends, bath soaks, or smudge bundles
Crystals for emotional support & grounding
Journaling: My self-care ritual and intention
Week 7: Moon Journal & Tracking Workshop
Create personal Moon Journal + cycle tracker
Creative journaling prompts integrating inner seasons & body systems
Reflection: connecting emotions, energy, and body wisdom
Week 8: Story Circle & Integration
Storytelling: Becoming – personal narrative & reflection
Group ritual: planting intentions for next cycles

Yoga mat or soft floor space
