There comes a season in a girl’s life when she begins to sense that healing, wisdom, and guidance live not only within herself, but all around her in the natural world.

Rising Sisters: Plant Guides is a boutique summer immersion designed for girls in the sacred threshold years of becoming.

In this intimate Rose Tent circle, each sister will choose and journey with 7 plant allies, creating a living relationship with the plants that mirror her inner growth.

Through native plant identification, ethical harvesting, herbal craft, tea and infusion making, aromatherapy, journaling, movement, ritual, and storytelling, girls will learn to build a personal dialogue with the green world.

This journey invites them to explore how plants can support:

• emotional resilience

• self-care

• intention

• intuition

• communication

• healing

• trust in their own cycles

Throughout the week, each girl will create a personal 7-plant totem, a symbolic and artistic map of the plant allies guiding her next chapter.

This is not just herbal learning.
It is a rite-of-passage style immersion into nourishment, healing, and sacred relationship with the living earth.

🌍 Root — Compost + Building the Soil

Recycling what we no longer need
Girls explore composting as a metaphor for emotional transformation, learning how decay, grief, and letting go create fertile soil for new life.

💧 Sacral — Water + Flow

Knowing when to hold and when to release
Through water collection, plant hydration, and reflection, girls explore emotional flow, boundaries, adaptability, and trust.

🌞 Solar Plexus — Seeds of Intention

Planting what wants to grow
The girls work with seeds, visioning, and ritual intention-setting as they explore confidence, personal choice, and the courage to begin.

🌸 Heart — Nurturing + Care

Self-care and caring for other beings
Plant tending becomes a mirror for how we nourish ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

🌿 Throat — Listening to Plant Spirits

Deep listening and communication beyond words
Girls learn practices of stillness, observation, and intuitive listening with plants, strengthening their own inner voice.

🌙 Third Eye — Plant Spirit Allies

Intuition and trusting the unseen wisdom of the green world
Through guided meditation and symbolic reflection, girls connect with the plants that feel most aligned with their path.

The week culminates in the creation of a meaningful personal totem honoring each girl’s chosen plant allies and the medicine she is carrying forward.
