The Inner Depths: Shame, Power & Renewal

The Inner Depths: Shame, Power & Renewal

A 2-Month Online Journey for Soulful Teen Girls (Ages 15+)

When: Tuesdays | 11–12 PM EST
Length: 8 weeks (June–July 2026)
Format: Live Zoom • Small, supported circle
Facilitator: Amber Melendy

Course Overview

The Inner Depths: Shame, Power & Renewal is an 8-week summer initiation for teens who are ready to explore the deeper layers of life: identity, power, shame, embodiment, loss, purpose, and truth.

This series is not about positivity or self-improvement. It is about learning how to be with intensity, how to listen to the body as an oracle, and how to meet life’s darker passages with awareness rather than fear.

Guided by Amber Melendy, this program draws from:

  • somatic and body-based awareness

  • ritual and earth-honoring practices

  • psychology, symbolism, and ancestral wisdom

  • astrology as a reflective language, not a belief system

This is initiatory work, held gently, clearly, and with strong boundaries. Teens are never forced to share and are taught discernment, consent, and self-sovereignty throughout.

 Container & Care (Implicit Safety)

  • Small, facilitated circle

  • Clear agreements around consent and sharing

  • No graphic content

  • Focus on symbolic, emotional, and embodied understanding, not explicit storytelling

  • Teens may opt out of any exercise

This is education + initiation, not therapy.
