A training for caregivers, teachers, and community leaders who want to skillfully support pubescent girls. You’ll learn how to hold safe, nourishing circles, lead gentle rites of passage, teach somatic tools and creative practices, and launch your own Girls Circle.

When: 8 Zoom sessions (Sundays, June–July, 4–6 PM EST) + In-person retreat at Mountain Light Sanctuary, Aug 3–6, 2026.

Who: Adults who work with or care for pubescent girls and want confidence, curriculum, and mentorship.

Cohort size: 8–14 participants for intimacy and safety.

4. Somatic & Body Awareness — embodiment practices, structure vs. flow.

5. The Power of Words & Story — language, singing, rites of passage, dream work.

6. Nature’s Medicines — animal, plant, crystal, and star lore as teaching allies.

7. Moon & Seasonal Tracking — self-care rhythms, biorhythms, cyclical awareness.

8. Business & Branding — starting and sustaining your offering.
